Description

Customer support team members provide service and assistance to event attendees through phone and email resolution. Our Call Center is open 7 days a week with no overnights. You will be part of a larger team that assists ticket-buyers within North America. Areas of responsibility include:

  • Provide professional and prompt service to Etix patrons.
  • As an inbound call center agent you will be responsible for assisting customers with everything from ticket sales to assisting with existing orders.
  • This position requires heavy computer and phone work.
  • Equipment is provided by Etix, although candidates must provide a strong dedicated internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous call center experience (minimum 6 months) is required
  • Previous remote experience is a plus
  • High School Graduate or equivalent is required
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and standard CRMs is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required
  • The ability to learn quickly, adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and occasional holidays
