Summary:
The Cognitive AI Service Line Leader is responsible for leading 11:59’s Ai practice, which provides consulting services to clients on a wide range of AI-related topics. The Practice Leader will utilize their experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML), AWS, Azure, and Cloud Computing to build, lead and grow the 11:59 AI Service Line. The Cognitive AI Service Line Leader will have experience building, selling, and leading an AI practice and is responsible for developing and executing the practice's growth strategy, building, and managing a team of AI consultants, and delivering high-quality AI solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Cognitive AI Service Line growth strategy, including identifying new markets, developing new offerings, and building relationships with potential clients
- Build and manage a team of AI consultants, including hiring, performance management, and professional development
- Work with clients to define their AI vision and goals and develop and implement AI solutions that meet their needs
- Develop effective alliance programs, leveraging our existing AWS Partnership and work with alliance partners on joint solutioning and go-to-market programs
- Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies and ensure that the practice is using the most cutting-edge AI solutions
- Represent the practice to clients, partners, and the public, and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders, offering expert guidance on AI-related decisions
- Foster a data-driven mindset within organizations and promote the adoption of AI across various departments
- Lead and contribute aspects of AI/ML to Technology proposals and lead and identify new growth areas for AI/ML in net new clients
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in management & technology consulting
- 7+ years of experience in the field of AI, with experience in consulting or other professional services setting
- Proven experience in developing and leading an AI Practice to include all staff, hiring, mentoring, training, sales and go to market experience
- Experience in developing new service offerings and go-to-market strategy & execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- AI/ML architecture, development and solution architecture experience preferably with AWS and Azure cognitive services

- Competitive salary $180K-$240K
