Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing assigned long-term care residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's care plan and nursing supervisor. Tasked with working closely alongside the therapy department to help the resident achieve mobility goals. 


 ***$3,000.00 sign on bonus for full time. ***

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain.
  • 6+ months experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Observe and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff.
  • Assist resident with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, incontinence care etc.
  • Provide support to residents with behavioral health needs.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, fluid intake and output as directed.
  • Assist residents with range of motion exercises, eating, and mobility/ transfers.






Salary Description
$23.50-$28.50
