Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end project delivery process for Nexus projects, ensuring successful execution within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate closely with the client to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct regular project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and address any obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with the client, serving as the main point of contact for project-related discussions, updates, and issue resolution.
• Continuously monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned for future projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, ensuring the application of innovative approaches to project delivery.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Minimum of 3 years in an Agile environment, leading software, data, or platform environments. 
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects for clients, preferably related to data and analytics programs.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and effectively navigate through challenges.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
