The Role


We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team! The Sales Support Coordinator provides assistance to the Direct Communications Supervisor in working with current clients for estimating, quoting and coordinating projects as well as collaborates with sales in preparing quotes for related services.


The ideal candidate does not have to have experience in our industry because we will train! We are looking for someone who is ambitious and outgoing and doesn’t mind providing sales support.


Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Qualifications:

  • College degree and/or combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and thorough in completing tasks
  • Deadline driven, able to multitask and make decisions quickly
  • Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with little guidance and/or supervision
  • Takes initiative on new responsibilities and challenges
  • Proficient in time management, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and project goals
  • Familiarity with freight shipments and logistics
  • Able to work independently and cooperative in a team
  • Highly dependable and follow through with obligations
  • Able to communicate in written and verbal form in a clear, professional and courteous manner
  • Highly dependable and follow through with obligations
  • Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify and background check
