Job Summary

The vice president of finance will report to the company’s CFO and will lead all aspects of financial operations teams (sales and revenue ops, contract administration) as well as more traditional FPA business partners. This role will collaborate with senior leaders to build the company’s financial plan including sales, revenue, delivery, and operating plans. This role will also define, track and report on performance against key KPIs. The role will also lead investment analysis as it relates to our product and tech investment including various product pricing models and contribution margin analysis. This role will be considered a key member of the leadership team.

Essential Functions of the Job


Responsibilities

  • Directly collaborate with senior business leaders and provide them with strategic and operational financial support.
  • Provide financial oversight in the building of sales plans (including plan quotas) and the tracking of performance against such plans.
  • Responsible for SFDC administration including contract and deals desk administration. Owner of the company’s bookings and revenue policies.
  • Work in partnership with peers across departments to define, design and deliver on change management, quarterly MBOs and strategies to achieve agreed-upon business goals.
  • Drive results through others, manage team performance and hold the team accountable against business metrics.
  • Translate market and station business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue.
  • Set sales goals and guide subsequent goal-setting processes.
  • Responsible for the building of budgets, financial models and revenue forecasts and accountable for the financial performance against such plans
  • Responsible for the collaborative communication of financial performance across all operating teams and 
  • Responsible for the financial and pricing analysis and to work collaboratively with all GTM teams to ensure that our product pricing assumptions will allow us to achieve our revenue and ebitda targets.
  • Responsible for the tracking and cost allocations of our product and tech teams to support proper R&D capitalization assumptions as well as provide insight into utilization rates and product contribution margins.
  • Obtain, allocate and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in a SaaS model company and leading a finance team. Experience within the automotive technology or digital marketing sector is a plus. Working knowledge of SFDC.
