HB’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL location is seeking a Senior Associate to work directly with Advisors and clients within the HB Family Office practice to offer comprehensive wealth management. Duties to include:
- Participate in client meetings
- Prepare customized meeting deliverables
- Present appropriate topics
- Track post-meeting activities
- Assess Prospect Portfolios
- Analyze investments and prepare trading plans pursuant to firm’s investment strategy for that client
- Generate custom performance reporting
- Set up and maintain consolidated reporting
- Create financial plans (with ability to delegate to Associate and Financial Planning Team)
- Design estate plan schematics, including asset flow and administrative provisions (with ability to delegate to Associate and Financial Planning Team)
- Supervise recurring client-related tasks
- Review quarterly fee collection
- Actively participate in firm wide initiatives
- Back-up other teammates when out of office
- Five or more years of experience providing personal financial planning, investment management, and/or tax planning services, CFP required, CPA a plus
- Ability to prepare and evaluate income tax, cash flow, and education cost projections, retirement income needs analyses, net worth statements, estate distribution plans, and risk management (i.e., insurance) reviews
- High level of understanding of traditional investment vehicles (e.g., stocks, bonds, mutual funds) necessary and exposure to private alternatives preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth families
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with eMoney preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills
- Position requires 10% travel
