We’re seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our team by compiling, preparing, and verifying financial data to maintain accurate accounting records. This role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and process financial documents such as invoices and checks to support business transactions.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move within the office to access files and office equipment.
- Regular use of a computer, calculator, copier, and other office tools.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods (approximately 50% of the time).
- Frequent communication with team members and leadership, requiring clear and accurate information exchange.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
