Facility Associate at the Counseling Service of Addison County

Are you an individual who enjoys helping to maintain locations where people work and live as well as a passion for making a positive impact on mental and developmental health care services? Join our dynamic team as a Facility Associate at The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC). 

**Position Overview**

As the Facility Associate, you will have a key role of providing a range of building maintenance and repairs in CSAC’s operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining and enhancing services.

**Key Responsibilities**

· Assist evaluating buildings for needed repairs and maintenance

· Complete planned building repairs and maintenance

· Respond to work requests affecting building operations

· Assist Facilities Manger as needed/directed

**Qualifications**

· High School degree or technical certificate with three or more year’s construction and/or property maintenance experience.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills and listening abilities.

· Strong customer service skills

· Good knowledge of building maintenance and possess good general “craftsman/handyman”, trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.

· Knowledge of mechanical and building systems.

· Good organizational and record keeping skills.
