Position Summary: 

Are you good at project management and love the online world of influencer marketing? Heirloom Roses has a new part-time position coordinating and enhancing the efforts of our top influencers while reinforcing the company’s philosophy, mission, and brand. This dynamic and outgoing position’s responsibilities include:

• Organizing content creation
• Managing schedules
• Coordinating events
• Acting as a liaison between the Marketing team and our top influencers
• Project managing marketing efforts
• Researching and developing contacts with new influencers

Qualified applicants will have:

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks concurrently.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with influencers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with influencers and other stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and facilitating teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines, while demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in delivering compelling oral and written presentations to stakeholders.
• A passion for gardening and a genuine interest in inspiring and engaging with the gardening community.
