OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Therapy Manager, the Hand Therapist is responsible for the delivery of quality hand therapy services in accordance with the patient’s plan of care for outpatients with hand therapy needs.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST SALARY & BENEFITS:
$70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the NBCOT for Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure from Colorado DORA.
- Current BLS certification within 60 days from hire.
- Ability to use computer to enter patient documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- CHT certification strongly preferred or working towards CHT
- Three of more years of hand therapy experience
- Experience with EMR a plus
