Position Overview
As an Assistant Station Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient transportation operations, on-time service, and top-tier customer satisfaction. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, staffing, compliance, and safety initiatives, all while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead and support station employees to ensure smooth daily operations. ? Manage multi-site transportation services, ensuring timely pick-ups and exceptional service. ? Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management while ensuring policy compliance. ? Enforce strict safety standards and cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork. ? Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed. ? Ensure proper documentation for vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and licensing. ? Handle internal and external communications, including reports, client concerns, and HR matters. ? Perform ride-alongs and station audits to assess driver and operational performance.
What We’re Looking For
? 2-3 years of experience in transportation, airline, logistics, or related industries.
? Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and accountability.
? Highly flexible—must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
? Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
? Must reside within commuting distance of DFW and hold a valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
