WorldatWork is looking for a Product Manager, Education. As the Product Manager, Education you will play a pivotal role in owning specific educational learning products that align with our vision, strategy, and growth goals. You will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer and driving the entire product management lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and beyond. Additionally, you will provide leadership to a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring a consistent product vision.

You have:
- Demonstrated success (3 or more years) in driving end-to-end product development processes and launching successful education products.
- Proven ability to create a profitable P&L and product business case.
- Analytic mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and measure product success.
- Ability to think and act strategically while demonstrating the hands-on skills necessary to deliver high-quality, relevant, educational products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, with a learner-centered approach.
At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 10% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
