The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in collaboration with the clinical team in developing and maintaining client's treatment plans.

• Conducts focused assessments by collecting data through observations, examinations, interviews, and recording in the health record in an accurate and timely matter.
• Actively participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer injections when ordered.
• Check PPD results and facilitate further action when needed.
• Manage prescriptions based on doctors' orders.
• Medical intake assessment with new clients

• Licensure in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in behavioral l health field or eating disorder experience preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification
