Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire a Senior School Registrar & Testing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of specialized duties related to the production, maintenance, and distribution of student records, including student enrollment and transfers, course registration and scheduling, and grading and transcripts. They will also oversee all aspects of standardized testing on campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee the student registration and class enrollment process, including maintenance of an up-to-date Course Catalog, scheduling of classes, classroom and facility assignments, as well as other academic year-end responsibilities.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of our testing programs and processes, including scheduling, arranging test proctors, overseeing the testing processes, and keeping accurate records.
- Manage the production, collection, and distribution of class rosters, school and student schedules, transcripts, attendance data, and report cards.
- Oversee and manage the collection, maintenance, archiving, and release of student records, information, documents, forms, and releases. Ensure compliance with all current and applicable state and federal laws regarding privacy of student information, as well as other legal and regulatory requirements regarding the collection, storage, and communication of student educational records and information.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate academic and biographical records for all students and their families; responsible for requesting and collecting new student records and for transfer of student records.
- Process transcript releases and maintain current and accurate transcript records.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years successful experience in related position, preferably in a school environment.
- Knowledge of database management systems and quality control practices required to maintain accuracy. Experience with Blackbaud is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with firm deadlines.
- An innovative approach, with a mindset adept at systems thinking.
