Opportunity: Full-time opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant with a growing medical practice with locations across the CSRA and Statesboro. 


This position provides detailed training and a comfortable work environment. 


Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 17 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy strives to help everyone feel their very best. 


Duties (summary): In this role you will support the flow of the clinic by bringing patients back into the rooms, obtaining vitals, recording history and medication in chart, and assess/document HPI. You will provide assistance to physicians/providers on a daily basis with task such as; schedule maintenance, charting patient visits, patient education, and overseeing the completion of documentation.


Our Ideal Candidate: An honest, organized, and detail oriented Medical Assistant with strong communication and data entry skills. Must be trainable, able to work without cellphone in hand and work at multiple locations if needed.


Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Honest, organized, confident, and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in basic computer programs and electronic medical records
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting (recommended)
  • CMA (preferred)
