Opportunity: Full-time opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant with a growing medical practice with locations across the CSRA and Statesboro. 


This position provides detailed training and a comfortable work environment. 


Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA. With 5 offices, 19 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy strives to help everyone feel their very best. We have recently expanded south to team up with Dr. Lippincott and his team in Statesboro!


Duties (summary): In this role you will support the flow of the clinic by bringing patients back into the rooms, obtaining vitals, recording history and medication in chart, and assess/document HPI. You will provide assistance to physicians/providers on a daily basis with task such as; schedule maintenance, charting patient visits, patient education, and overseeing the completion of documentation.


Our Ideal Candidate: An honest, organized, and detail oriented Medical Assistant with strong communication and data entry skills. Must be trainable, able to work without cellphone in hand and work at multiple locations if needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday no weekends or major holidays

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Honest, organized, confident, and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in basic computer programs and electronic medical records
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting (recommended)
  • CMA (preferred)
