Steele Hill Resorts is nestled in beautiful Sanbornton, New Hampshire (15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont). Overlooking lake Winnisquam, Steele Hill Resorts is a high-end resort, consisting of 150+ guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and many indoor and outdoor amenities. 

Responsibilities:

• Washes and sanitizes all service ware, silverware, and pots, pans and trays at a consistent pace to complete tasks in the allowed time. Washes items using dishwasher and by hand.
• Operates and cleans all dish room equipment. Changes the chemicals and completes temperature logs of the dish machine and pot sink.
• Places clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Cleans all dish area equipment, carts and shelves including worktables, walls, refrigerators, etc. as directed.
• Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors using the appropriate procedure.
• Assists in receiving and putting away deliveries into storage and cold storage rooms.
• Assists Food Servers as directed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Able to read cleaning labels in English and track and write in temperature logs.

Physical Activity Requirements:

• Lifts and/or carries 25-50 lbs. daily.  Lifting is required when helping with deliveries, and using kitchen, and cleaning equipment such as filled mop bucket, and putting food supplies away.
• Stands and walks for a combined 8-10 hours on any given day.
• Must be able to grasp, handle, and torque.
• Exposure to heat, steam and cold storage.
