Description
Assist IT Department in providing technical support and assistance to students and employees across campus. Duties assigned include: computer imaging, software/hardware troubleshooting, installations, and assisting full-time staff with IT operational projects.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, experience in customer service roles, coachable attitude, and growth mindset.
Technical proficiencies preferred - experience with computer repair, software troubleshooting, PC/Mac knowledge.
