What We Need…Learning Strategist
SendingCell is seeking a full-time remote Learning Strategist to join our growing team. The Learning Strategist will help to create dynamic learning programs for our clients, driving the overall account strategy and leading the account team. The Strategist also serves as the brand steward to ensure alignment of content with the marketing strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation guidance, feedback, and support to Subject Matter Experts through the course design process including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to produce high-quality training materials
- Leads work streams and provides expertise in the strategic design, development, and implementation of learning solutions within an account
- Provides strategic direction and input regarding the pitch and development of proposals, RFP responses, and Statement of Works (SOWs) which may include, but are not limited to design and development of content, management of design team, and creation and management of budgets of SOWs in collaboration with Project Management
- Establishes strong partnerships with both clients and external contacts/vendors
- Understands clinical customers and environments that our end users engage with in their work
- Practical knowledge of how our end users engage with their audience (sales reps, MSLs, TLLs, Account Managers, Clinical Trials investigators and staff, etc.) and how to design training that is relevant to their knowledge and performance responsibilities
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, market research, clinical data, disease state, and competition in order to craft scenarios and profiles.
- 5+ years’ experience leading education and/or training projects within a training agency or the life sciences industry
- Expertise with Microsoft Office software
- Experience managing digital interactive training
- Availability to travel to client meetings and/or events as needed
