The Manager of School Partnerships drives growth for the organization by developing, securing, and maintaining professional learning partnerships with elementary schools in an assigned territory through relationship building and consultative selling strategies. The Manager of School Partnerships ensures excellent customer service and supports successful program implementation by collaborating with Out Teach Instructional Coaches and stewarding school leadership throughout the partnership. This position supports the Director, School & District Partnerships within the assigned territory as needed and collaborates across functions to ensure that Out Teach’s intended impact within the territory is met.
The Manager of School Partnerships will have direct revenue goals, and is responsible for securing new school contracts, renewing school contracts, and supporting the overall implementation of Out Teach professional learning programs.
