Role: Marengo is seeking a lab/bench scientist with immunology experience in developing and performing cell-based assays using human, NHP, and rodent immune cells to determine the extent of target engagement and validation in the area of bispecific antibody modalities to assess target cell depletion, immune cell activation and phenotyping and cell cytoxicity. Proficiency with FlowJo, Prism, and Microsoft Office applications is desired.

Responsibilities:
· Contribute to in vitro assay design and optimization and derive actionable biological conclusions and bring new experimental proposals. Possess a thorough knowledge of experimental design and underlying scientific principles related to immune pathways and readouts using primary human, mice, and NHP cells.
· Perform ex-vivo and in-vitro cellular assays with a strong emphasis on flow cytometry and immuno-assays, including ELISA and MSD.
· Independently analyze and interpret multi-parameter data sets and generate high-quality summary reports in a timely manner, and present findings in the inter and intra-departmental group meetings.
· Effective teamwork and engagement with broader team members on general lab activities and rodent tissue processing from in vivo studies.
· Support routine lab and instrument maintenance.
Education and Experience:
· MS with 6+ years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years of relevant experience
· Background in immunology, immuno-oncology, and/or molecular and cellular biology
· Experience in multi-parameter flow cytometry, ELISA, immunological assays, and cell culture and expansion techniques.
· Immunology: 3 years (Preferred)
· Industry experience (Preferred)
· Excellent record keeping of experimental data and results and maintaining a current and accurate electronic notebook (ELN).
· Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
