Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our RF Sales Engineer Extraordinaire, your job is to be the superstar who ensures that our cutting-edge frequency control and timing solutions meet all the requirements and blast off to success. You'll work closely with our Business Development team, along with some of the sharpest minds in RF and microwave technology. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?


Requirements

 

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

· Dive deep into Quantic Wenzel's fantastic product line and technology.

· Engage with our awesome customers and provide solutions that redefine the state of the art in frequency control and timing tech.

· Be the expert when it comes to customer and military specifications, from performance requirements to the nitty-gritty details (reviews, FAI, testing, you name it!).

· Work your magic with cost and pricing studies using historical data and input from our team.

· Create dazzling quoting packages when needed, complete with technical descriptions.

· Manage customer inquiries in Salesforce, making sure every interaction leads to a successful sale.

· Hit the road to visit customer sites, where you'll understand the technical and program requirements, and charm the engineers and purchasers with your RF prowess.

· Show off our innovations at trade shows and demos - because who doesn't love a good tech show-and-tell?

· Keep a close eye on the status of our current projects and assist program management in keeping customers in the loop.

· Put your thinking cap on and help write technical papers that showcase Quantic Wenzel's mind-blowing frequency control and timing technology.


What We're Looking For in Our RF Sales Engineer:

· A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent technical experience).

· Around 5 years of design and/or sales experience with a focus on RF and Microwave. If you've tinkered with military contracts, even better!

· Ninja skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· You need to be a lawful permanent resident of the United States.

Skills You Need:

· You've got skills in written and verbal communication.

· Your leadership and interpersonal skills are off the charts.

· You're self-motivated, a multitasking wizard, and detail-oriented like a hawk.

· Prioritization is your middle name, and you thrive in high-pressure situations.

· You play well with others and are a logical thinker, always ready to tackle customer challenges.

· Ethical standards? You've got them in spades.
