Description
Provide support to the management of the company’s accounting and financial activities including maintaining accounting systems and records and producing timely and accurate information and reporting in a multi-entity structure.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with company policies and promulgated accounting guidance.
- Assist in the daily accounting for the various activities and transactions.
- Coordinate the monthly accounting close process including intercompany consolidations and eliminations.
- Assist with preparation of internal and external monthly reporting, debt and partner compliance.
- Participate in budgeting and forecast process.
- Assist with treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
- Assist with external audits and interface with auditors and tax compliance professionals.
- Research and document accounting implications of new commercial agreements and new accounting pronouncements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting, with a combination of public and industry experience preferred.
- Public Accounting experience a plus.
- CPA preferred.

- Solid understanding of GAAP.
- Experience with accounting in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize job duties and meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
