Senior Accountant
Description

Provide support to the management of the company’s accounting and financial activities including maintaining accounting systems and records and producing timely and accurate information and reporting in a multi-entity structure.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records in accordance with company policies and promulgated accounting guidance.
  • Assist in the daily accounting for the various activities and transactions.
  • Coordinate the monthly accounting close process including intercompany consolidations and eliminations.
  • Assist with preparation of internal and external monthly reporting, debt and partner compliance.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecast process.
  • Assist with treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
  • Assist with external audits and interface with auditors and tax compliance professionals.
  • Research and document accounting implications of new commercial agreements and new accounting pronouncements. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.


Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting, with a combination of public and industry experience preferred.
  • Public Accounting experience a plus.
  • CPA preferred.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Experience with accounting in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize job duties and meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
