About the Role

At Bojangles’ @ BlueWater, we pride ourselves on friendly service and top-quality food. As a Bojangles’ Crew Member, you will be a key part of the customer experience—preparing delicious food, maintaining clean workspaces, and working as part of a tight-knit team that values excellence and community. These crew members work either as cashier or cook.Opportunities for advancement are available for team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Accurately processing payments and handling change.
• Explaining menu items and answering customer questions.
• Preparing and serving food that meets Bojangles' quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen as well as the outside of our Bojangles

Requirements

• A positive and cheerful attitude.
• A desire to serve and help others.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and  lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic math skills (for cashier positions).
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
