Provides support to a team of Account Managers with administrative and operations tasks including data entry and research, report verification, basic system configuration/updates, mailing assembly/management and participant phone/email contact. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth.


  • Develop processes and systems to improve productivity, organization and efficiency for projects
  • Manage multiple priorities and provide updates regarding progress on projects and tasks
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of operational and/or client-specific processes and procedures
  • Attend client meetings to gain a full understanding of the client programs/initiatives, to ensure that their role supports the overall objectives and to provide support to Account Managers as required
  • Attend all team meetings and training to remain informed of team and department initiatives, learn relevant skills to apply to operations, project and program management and fully participate in department-building opportunities
  • Manage 1-2 single-service accounts and perform general project management/account management responsibilities
  • Work on other special projects as assigned

  • Four-year college degree preferred or 2-3 years business experience
  • Comfort with web-based technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Ability and desire to learn business skills and apply them to daily responsibilities/projects
  • Strong data entry background and comfort level
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
