Position Overview:


Giana Restaurant is seeking exceptional Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager & Assistant Managers to lead our customer facing team. As the Bar and Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a world-class experience. This position presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the exciting launch of a new upscale American restaurant, setting new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:


  

· Beverage Program:

Curate and continually refine a diverse and innovative cocktail menu that complements our culinary offerings.

Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new, exciting beverage offerings to keep the bar program fresh and appealing.

· Bar Operations:

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and adherence to service standards.

Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations of the bar.

· Staff Development:

Recruit, train, and inspire the bar and front of house team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest industry standards.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

· Guest Experience:

Ensure that the bar delivers memorable and personalized experiences for each guest.

Train staff to craft unique cocktails and provide recommendations tailored to individual preferences.

· Quality Assurance:

Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence in all beverages.

· Inventory Management:

Manage bar inventory efficiently, minimizing waste, and maximizing cost-effectiveness.

Implement inventory control procedures to track usage and prevent shortages or overstock.

· Compliance:

Ensure that the bar operates in compliance with all relevant laws, including alcohol service regulations.

Stay informed about licensing requirements and safety regulations.

· Budget Management:

Collaborate with management to manage bar expenses and contribute to budget planning.

Monitor and control costs while maintaining beverage quality.

· Supplier Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of premium spirits, wines, and ingredients.

Negotiate favorable terms and seek opportunities for cost savings.

· Innovation:

Stay current with beverage trends, emerging ingredients, and techniques.

Regularly introduce new and exciting offerings to keep the bar program engaging and enticing to guests.

  • Proven experience in bar and front of house management.
