National Sales Director (NSD)
BidWizer is looking for a National Sales Director to join our team and promote our automotive industry platform (Consumer to Dealer Reverse Auction Process). The ideal candidate will have experience with Franchise Dealer Groups. The NSD will have a proven record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of current automotive industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and increasing revenue through dealer utilization.
Primary Role: The National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy and highly successful execution of the sales team. The objective for sales teams is to onboard franchise dealership groups and other dealer rooftops. The NSD will lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, and monitor the performance of the sales force across the U.S.
The NSD must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work with various stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies are highly effective and on-time. The position will require yearly sales forecasts and achieve predetermined goals.
Responsibilities, Duties and Skills:
· Developing comprehensive sales strategies to meet specific goals.
· Strong analytical skills and able to create detailed reports.
· Highly driven professional, working quickly and seamlessly across the U.S. to efficiently deploy sales efforts.
· Analyzing performance and creating measurement criteria (KPIs to track and analyze performance)
· Working with stakeholders to ensure objectives are effective and on time, building positive and trustful relationships with sales team personnel.
· Developing and executing strategies to increase dealer utilization, education, nurturing campaigns, and building long term relationships.
· Leveraging solutions to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
· Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and strategies.
· Ensure campaigns adhere to legal standards and reflect best practices with Dealership executives.
Qualifications:
• National Sales Management experience
• 5+ years' experience and proven track record in executing National Sales Plan objectives.
• Experience with Managing National Sales teams.
• Experience working in the automotive industry with Franchise Dealers
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Sales Organizational software/CRM
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
