 Position Components:

  1. Admissions Representative job candidate screenings.
    1. Will review all incoming candidate and resumes for all locations.
    2. Will conduct initial applicant phone screenings.
    3. Will set up in-person/zoom interviews for the Directors of Admissions (DOA).
    4. Will Initiate the Predictive Index as needed.
    5. Will actively seek out continuous feedback from DOAs regarding candidates to refine the selection process.
  2. Call/Interview observations.
    1. Will conduct call and interview observations on admissions team to identify strengths, opportunities, and compliance violations.
    2. Will provide feedback to Admissions Representatives and work with DOA on training opportunities.
    3. Will make institutional training recommendations to Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance based on observation outcomes
  3. Assist the Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance as needed with the creation and/or implementation of admissions trainings.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. Previous experience working in higher education as an admissions representative or trainer. Must be comfortable with technology and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must possess a collaborative work ethic and be able to prioritize and multi-task and demonstrate all at a high activity level. In addition, the candidate must have the skills necessary to screen via phone, virtually, and in person. Must present a professional business appearance and be comfortable speaking to and training admissions representatives individually and in groups and can quickly develop rapport. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
