At United Recovery Project Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges. We are seeking an experienced Contract Group Facilitator to lead engaging psychoeducational and process groups for our residential mental health program.

Core Responsibilities of the Group Facilitator role:
- Facilitate structured therapeutic, psychoeducational, and process groups for adult patients in a residential mental health setting.
- Create a supportive, engaging, and clinically appropriate group environment that promotes recovery and personal growth.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the KIPU electronic medical record (EMR) within 24 hours of each group.
- Maintain professional boundaries while serving as a positive role model for patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support individualized treatment goals.
- Immediately report concerns regarding patient safety, abuse, neglect, or violations of patient rights.
- Recognize, report, and respond appropriately to suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health crises according to organizational policies.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
Compensation: $75–$100 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications of the Group Facilitator role:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required.
- Active Florida licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualified mental health professional preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience facilitating groups or providing clinical services in a primary mental health or psychiatric treatment setting strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of group facilitation techniques, therapeutic interventions, and mental health treatment.
- Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Experience with the KIPU electronic medical record (EMR) system preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 Background Screening in accordance with Florida state requirements.
