Job Title: Pastry Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You will work alongside our experienced chefs in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen to create delicious desserts that will delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Decorate pastries and desserts with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Ensure that all desserts are presented in an attractive and visually appealing manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of pastry arts and techniques
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Good communication and teamwork skills
