Installation, repair and support of voice, data and networking services. Monitoring of the network and responding to customer inquires, from the NOC. The Network Operations Technician is also responsible for assisting the Network Administrators and Engineers with maintenance of the network operations. The position includes provisioning of the new services and responding to service request and escalated customer troubles. Competitive wage and benefits package.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer and networking skills in a business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Four years experience in the telecommunication/IT field preferred.
• Server database experience preferred.
• Fiber optic service experience preferred.
• Network +(CompTIA), Cisco & Microsoft certifications preferred.
