 Position Overview:As a Truck Driver Supervisor at GEL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and safety of our operations. We are seeking a candidate with a Class A CDL License and experience in managing dump trucks, roll-off, and semi tractor trailers.Responsibilities:

• Route Optimization: Conduct route audits and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs vs. revenue for each load to maximize profitability.
• Dispatching: Manage dispatch for all trucks and ensure signed contracts with customers.
• Customer Service: Address trucking grievances and route next-day routes for all trucks.
• Accident Investigation: Handle accident investigations and follow safety protocols.
• Human Resources: Oversee DOT files, hiring, firing, and employee management.
• Reporting: Review daily truck revenue, fuel usage, and maintenance records.

Experience Required:

• Experience in managing a team of drivers.
• Knowledge and experience in truck routing and dispatching.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management and detail-oriented.
• Minimum 4 years of driving experience.
• Class A CDL License.
