Position Description:
The Implementation Manager position reports to the Director of Implementations and integrations. This role is responsible for leading new client and expansion implementations partnering with both the Sales and Customer Success Management team to ensure successful adoption of the eHealth Technologies platform. The Implementation Manger will work with new clients to fully understand their business and how eHealth Technologies can help meet their goals to ensure a sustainable partnership. They will assess client requirements, create project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time and within budget. This individual will need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop solutions to problems that may arise during implementation. .

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Success
- Successfully manage customer launches from kick-off to transition to Customer Success.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel, Including management, executive and clinical staff.
- Assist in understanding current customer workflow while establishing the best fit for eHealth products
- Mitigate critical situations between the customer and eHealth.
- Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered.
- Maintain consistent messaging with all corporate strategies.
- Facilitate regular reviews with the customer during post-launch period, including in depth case and submission evaluations.
- Maintain action registers of all customer needs.
- Monitor all customer trends and acting accordingly during length of ownership.
- Conduct ongoing customer trainings and optimizations.
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis becoming a customer advocate
- Work in conjunction with the eHealth VP of Enterprise Sales, Customer Success managers, Director of Clinical Optimization, Operations Director, and Operations managers.
- Maintain working knowledge of all necessary platforms (SalesForce, Box.com, Trello, etc)
- Willingness and ability to travel 25%

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in relevant field of study required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business discipline preferred.
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more of relevant work experience
- Project management experience preferred.
- Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Proficiency with computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and retain intimate understanding of eHealth Technologies business.
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all employees.
- Must be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity.
- Exercises good judgment and utilizes creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints.
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
Employee shall be assigned a physical office within the facility of eHealth Technologies that is classified and rated for occasional access, use, and disclosure of Protected Health Information (“PHI”), electronic Protected Health Information (“ePHI”), and/or Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), consistent with the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Inside of Employee’s assigned physical office shall also be a data access port which will permit Employee access to servers that may contain PHI/ePHI/PII for administrative data access and audit control consistent with Employee’s need for occasional access, use, and disclosure of PHI/ePHI/PII. As a result of the occasional access, use, and disclosure of PHI/ePHI/PII from within Employee’s assigned physical office, Employee agrees to safeguard all PHI/ePHI/PII including the data access port by locking and or securing the door to Employee’s assigned physical office when not physically inside the office or not present within the immediate vicinity and direct eyesight of the entry door to the office.
In addition, to further assist the Employee in safeguarding PHI/ePHI/PII that the Employee may occasionally be in possession of or have access to, eHealth Technologies shall provide a hinge or other tension spring apparatus on the door of Employee’s physical office that will automatically close the door when the Employee exists consistent with these requirements and corporate policy. Employee must be mindful of the further requirements to lock and or secure the door to Employee’s assigned physical office when not physically inside the office or not within the immediate vicinity and direct eyesight of the office in order to protect the data access port. Failure to follow these requirements and corporate policy may result in disciplinary sanctions up to and including termination.
Key Relationships:
- Directly supervised by the Director of Implementation and Integrations
- Interacts regularly with eHealth Technologies staff, customers, vendors, and community members.
Essential Functions:
- Physical Requirements: Extended periods of time typing, data entry, sitting, read, writing. Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Mental Requirements include: General, Visual, and Numerical Intelligence. Analytical skills.
Work requires willingness to occasionally work a flexible schedule.
Required to be available during regular business hours, evenings and/or weekends on occasion as needed to provide support and assistance.
