About this role: This position would be focused on providing therapy, skills, and case management services to adults needing addiction therapy.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Marion, Johnson, Morgan & Monroe Counties. This position is year round including school breaks and provide services in a variety of settings - in the school, in the community, in an Adult & Child Health office building, in the family’s homes. Core working hours for Adult and Child Health are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M- F but this position does have a flexible schedule. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Manage referrals and complete assessment
• Provide individual therapy clients and their families.
• Documenting accurately and timely.

•   Masters in social work or other license-eligible field
• Licensed with an LSW, LCSW, LCAC LMHC-A, LMHC or LMFT in Indiana (preferred)
• Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
• Knowledge of industry best practices
