Position Overview

Are you an experienced and talented Mid-Level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) ready to take on a more challenging role? Open Dealer Exchange has a direct hire opportunity for an SDET II to join our team. In this capacity, you will bring your advanced testing expertise to provide accurate estimates, adapt to changing priorities, and lead testing efforts. Effective communication, innovative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our products are crucial to excel in this position.

Qualifications: 

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

· 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing.

· Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, C#, or Java.

· Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, NUnit or TestNG).

· Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.

· Experience with API testing and automation using Postman or similar tooling.

· Experience with test planning/execution: accurate, objective-oriented test planning, execution, and reporting.
