Job Summary

The Project Manager is a key member of the AMP Aftermarket team and reports to the Director of Aftermarket. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent communicator, passionate about customer satisfaction, excited to learn new things, and dedicated to solving problems. 


Supervisory Responsibilities: 

None 


Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Advocate for customers across the organization by building relationship with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and other teams 
  • Help manage complex projects, interacting with customers and internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met, delivery times are achieved, and all stakeholders are informed of project status throughout. 
  • Proactively find ways to improve internal processes, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, project management, or communication-heavy role 
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) 
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, etc.) 
  • Proficiency with MSOffice and the ability to learn new software 
  • Hands-on mechanical experience or understanding of process equipment a plus 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
  • Travel: Up to 10%

Salary Description
$70,000-$90,000 annually
