Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for working with both our Logistics and Purchasing departments and Cole’s supply chain to coordinate movement in and out of the facility of both raw materials and finished goods. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cycle count procedures and controls to ensure accurate statement of inventories.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes and counts are conducted properly and on a timely basis and reported to applicable departments.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations or audits on inventory reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis. These reconciliations also will be done as needed based on the cycle count program or as needed to validate cost of inventory.
  • Track and adjust inventory data of packaging materials and ingredients in AS400. 
  • Support Logistics Lead with transportation scheduling, transfers and invoices. 
  • Proactively problem solve and communicate with appropriate internal contacts when product or customer service issues arise.
  • Assist Director of Purchasing and Logistics Lead with various projects.
  • Additional projects, tasks, and/or assignments as assigned.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistic related discipline and or 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics services, and/or third party logistics operations. 

· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of conveying supply chain ideas to other departments. 

· Ability to adapt to change and willing to keep up to date with the trends and issues of the manufacturing and transportation industries.

· Detail oriented

· Able to deal with a high volume of email traffic and coordinate with a team to ensure prompt responses.

· Ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities.

· Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone with inside personnel and outside contacts. 

· Strong organizational skills.
