Summary of Position:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this is a Junior Account Executive role for our Nexa brands. Nexa is a leading provider of 24/7/365 tech-enabled services to over 5,000 companies across the US. Our solutions include phone answering, live chat, text, message taking, lead generating, lead qualification, web lead response, and email services to clients in legal, healthcare, home & commercial services, real estate, property management, retail as well as other professional industries. We leverage proprietary technology to integrate into customers’ software applications to help our clients expand marketing reach, increase sales, enhance customer service, and reduce costs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research prospects and generate leads while staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitors to continuously improve our sales approach and offer valuable insights to potential clients
  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person
  • Prepare and submit proposals and sales materials that align with client requirements and showcase the value of our services
  • Manage the sales process through software programs including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Participate in all sales meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Onboarding and Product Development to deliver a seamless experience to clients and prospects
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress toward targets and report on regularly to management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine the sales process, identify key markets and capitalize on growth opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales role, preferably in home services and/or healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with salesforce.com preferred
  • CST or EST time zones preferred
  • Up to 25% travel required
