SALARY: $90,000

REPORTS TO:  Vice President of People, Culture and Brand

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

· Develop and articulate a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the philanthropic collaborative overall objectives and resonates with the target audience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, and opportunities for innovation.

· Analyze internal and external audience insights and data to inform brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

· Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.

· Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaign assets align with the brand strategy.

Digital and Social Media Strategy:

· Develop and oversee the implementation of a digital and social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend and execute innovative digital strategies.

Content Creation and Storytelling:

· Drive the development of compelling and consistent brand narratives.

· Oversee the creation of high-quality content that communicates the brand story and engages the target audience.

Brand Guidelines:

· Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.

· Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on brand adherence.

Budget Management:

· Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Collaboration and Leadership:

· Collaborate with all partners, to integrate brand strategy into all aspects of the business.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing and communication team.

· Take the lead on crisis communications when required.

All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· Proven experience 7+ years of communications experience, including supervising people and developing comprehensive communications strategy

· Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Leadership Skills:

· Proven leadership and team management experience.

· Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Communication Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to present and articulate ideas effectively.

Innovative Mindset:

· Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

· Proven experience in implementing innovative marketing strategies.

Results-Driven:

· Track record of delivering successful marketing and communication initiatives.

· Ability to set and achieve measurable goals.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Flexible hybrid office environment (in office three days a week).
