Here at Momentum, we provide our clients in the automotive industry with a CRM software that helps take their customer care to the next level. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join our Client Support team. As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Focus on delivering the highest level of support by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner and demonstrate exceptional follow up to ensure resolution while serving as the liaison between the clients and our development team
  • Effectively communicate with clients over the phone and through email
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing issues reported by clients
  • Providing solutions and effective how-to's to maximize use of the software
  • To thrive in this role, you must build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
  • You will be expected to gather information through inquisitive questioning, active listening, and thorough understanding of our clients' needs.

Salary Description
