Oil and Gas Title Attorney

Oliva Gibbs LLP

Full-time with Remote or Hybrid options


We are looking for amazing attorneys to join our team working on projects covering lands in in major oil and gas plays. Licensed in 13 states, Oliva Gibbs is strategically growing and looking for team players to join our growth. Members of our team have worked as Landmen, in-house legal and compliance lawyers, oil and gas finance executives, and counsel at state regulatory agencies. We are committed to adding amazing attorneys to our roster to serve our client’s needs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the firm’s Senior Attorneys to deliver on-time, error-free results to clients.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three years’ experience drafting title opinions.
  • Significant familiarity preparing large, unit-wide division order ownerships with tract and allocation factors.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to collaborate and with a dynamic team of attorneys, legal professionals, and business support specialists.
