Description

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, implement and streamline manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures
  • Assist with continuous improvement 6-Sigma activities
  • Assist in plant layout changes to improve flow and minimize waste
  • Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mechanical engineering/design field
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, as needed
  • Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals



Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
  • U.S. citizenship required; visa sponsorship is not available.  

 

Work Requirements/Condition

  • Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment.
  • Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.
  • Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently.
  • Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.
  • May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas.
  • Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required.
  • Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
