A Machinist/Production Associate is responsible for the safe and productive operation and maintenance of one or more machines used in the manufacturing and production of tape products. 

• Has machine operation experience or is mechanically inclined. 
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and instructions.
• Sufficient manual strength and dexterity to operate heavy machinery
• Must be able to stand and operate machinery for 8 plus hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Basic arithmetic
• Great attitude
• Follow and read your work order accurately
• Maintain a count of numbers
• Good attendance
• Ability to abide by safety protocols
• Great attention to detail
• Certified forklift operator a plus.
