Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP, a 33 year old, nationally recognized San Francisco law firm specializing in complex trial and appellate litigation in both federal and state courts, seeks a Word Processor or Senior Word Processor to join our team. We have a broad practice, including both public interest and private sector litigation. Preference given to candidates with at least three years of legal experience and available to start as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days. Requirements


The position requires excellent technical and organizational skills, as well as good written communications skills and ability to thrive in a team setting. Minimum 3+ years of experience. Common tasks for the person in this role include but are not limited to: creating and maintaining master captions, creating, revising and formatting drafts of pleadings, reports, documents, and legal correspondence to clients based on notes, rough drafts, corrected copies, or voice recordings, running conflicts checks for potential new clients or for new contacts on existing cases, assisting with time entries and as needed with legal filings. Must be experienced using both Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) as well as legal macros, and proficient at creating tables of authorities independently using native Word tools. Familiarity with both Blue Book and California citation styles, and all federal and California pleading formats, is essential as we practice in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Availability for occasional evening and/or weekend overtime is essential. Experience with Crowther’s CCC Macros strongly preferred. Familiarity with Orion timekeeping a plus.  Spanish language skills a plus but not required. 

Salary Description
$80,000 to $100,000 annually
