We are looking to hire a full time commercial real estate Leasing Coordinator to assist with administrative responsibilities relating to the leasing portfolio of commercial properties. 


The Ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a detail-oriented self-starter, a responsible and dependable professional who displays a positive attitude and is able to work collaboratively. The successful candidate must exhibit a professional image and be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the update and upkeep of various tracking and reporting including monthly property reports and weekly leasing reports
  • Respond to prospect calls, distribute materials, and schedule appointments
  • Update leasing sites such as Co-Star, LoopNet, and others, create searches and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, lease calculation forms, abstracts, commission invoices, and maintain files
  • Track and research leasing activity; market research
  • Update database system and lead generation program
  • Assist with answering phones and general administrative functions
  • Support with administrative responsibilities 
Requirements
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, commercial real estate knowledge preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with multiple/competing deadlines
  • Work well as part of a team and individually
  • Skilled in math, Excel knowledge a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate terminology preferred
  • Florida Real Estate License a plus
