Kids Alive International is a Christian organization serving vulnerable at-risk children in multiple countries across the globe.  

We are seeking an?Intern in?Accounting. This?unpaid?internship for college credit is?expected to last for approximately three months with flexible start and end dates based on the needs of the?selected candidate and the?project. This role?may be completed onsite?at the Alpharetta, Georgia?office. 

As our Accounting Intern, you will: 

• Contribution data entry and receipting 
• Account analysis  
• Asset reconciliation (e.g.: bank rec) 
• Procedure updates and documentation 
• Internal controls analysis 
• Restricted funds understanding & analysis 
• Audit and 990 tax prep (seasonal) 
• Archive, filing & storage 

A successful Accounting Intern will also bring: 

• Active Enrollment in a Related Program at an Accredited College. Majors being considered: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• High interpersonal awareness and emotional intelligence 
• High degree of accuracy and organization 
• Proficiency with Microsoft office and business collaboration tools 
• Fluency in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening
