Under the guidance of the Director of IT Systems, the Full Stack Web Developer will develop, maintain, upgrade and provide support for all of the company’s external and internal websites and applications. The developer will be responsible for the functionality of multiple Magento 2 websites, a Shopify site, and 2 internal web applications. This position will also utilize third party seller platform APIs to develop integrations between their systems and ours (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
The NK FS Developer needs to be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and be consistently available to respond to help desk requests during company hours, with some after hours on-call responsibilities. The individual should be able to communicate technical concerns and solutions to many different people with varying degrees of technical knowledge as well as work with individuals in all departments to help solve their technical issues. This is at-will employment.

Education and Experience
NK recognizes that there are many roads to knowledge in the code and development space. Accordingly, we will be more focused on demonstrated skills than formal education. Show us your portfolio and examples of websites you have developed and/or expanded. We expect that anyone with the required skills will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a web development role. A computer science or equivalent degree and/or relevant technical certifications will be favorably considered but are not required.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Climate-controlled indoor manufacturing plant and offices. Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours per day with reasonable accommodations.
Hours of Work/Work Location
This position supports the day-to-day business operations of NK and is expected to be readily available to communicate and perform job duties Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with some remote weekend availability also expected. NK fully supports work-from-home or telecommuting with information technology and communication systems and will work with the successful candidate to develop a schedule that meets the needs of the company and the employee. An office will also be provided in NK’s plant in Boothwyn, PA. Business travel is not required but may be available if desired.
Most training is on-the-job. Additional formal training is supported and will be provided as appropriate or desired.
This is an exempt salaried position with pay depending upon prior experience and demonstrated skills. Compensation includes an annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Pay rates are reviewed annually for adjustment based on growth in skills and capabilities.
