The Business Analyst will support HB’s efforts to develop, implement, and manage strategic business processes and associated tools. This position supports HB’s client facing and internal teams across all office locations and is critical for driving continuous improvement in a high-growth environment. 


The Business Analyst will report to the Business Process Manager.


Key responsibilities

  • Support business process development end-to-end, from ideation through implementation
  • Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency in existing business processes
  • Provide consistent, clear communication and training documentation for new and existing business processes
  • Provide level 1 support for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) tickets from users
  • Onboard new employees to relevant process and systems
  • Handle basic CRM administration functions including user account maintenance, field creation, reporting, dashboards and workflow modifications
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of new CRM functionalities, PowerAutomate Flows, and PowerApps
  • Maintain up-to-date backlog of CRM Team work requests

Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Client Service, Operations, IT, and Compliance departments to seamlessly manage multiple priorities  

Requirements
  • BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field
  • Solid experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Visio)
  • Strong data manipulation (Excel) abilities
  • Understanding of relational databases (data models)
  • Excellent team player skills and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, with ability to move from idea to structure to solution to implementation
  • Self-starter who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders, with collaborate and open style
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication; comfortable with public speaking
  • Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred:

· Previous experience leading or participating in process improvement workshops

· Experience with CRM, either as an administrator or end user

· Experience with automation/flow building tools (PowerAutomate, Zapier, etc)
