This position will support the Accounting Team in all areas. This individual must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and be a problem solver.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the accounting team to assist in daily tasks
  • Keep accounting files updated and organized
  • Assist with invoice retrieval, processing, and filing
  • Organize and match purchase orders with sales orders
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monitor and distribute incoming invoices

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Technically competent and proficient with various software programs
  • Reacts to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

WORK CONDITIONS
