We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical customer issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. 


  • Support the Levitate platform and integrations with external partner APIs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improving existing software
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering to improve supportability of the product and the overall customer experience
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases

  • 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience reading and/or debugging code
  • Experience using HTTP APIs
  • SQL or other database querying experience. Document databases is a plus
  • Able to learn new technologies and techniques
  • Works well in a collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with logging and metrics tooling
